People

If you have ever worked for an organisation then you probably at some time or other have heard the words “Our people are our most important asset”. Yet how many organisations act as if they really believe these words? Not too many. These words are a clear expression of a value, and values can be evidenced through the actions people take on a daily basis, not their talk.

Value statements in business define how people want to behave with each other. It tells us how we will value our customers, suppliers, and our staff. Value statements describe actions that are the everyday expression of the core values held by most people in the business.

So to understand a little about what people mean to Civil Train we believe you need to know about our values.

As part of CCF our core values are:

We will act with Integrity
We stand for honest and ethical relationships with our employees, our members and clients and in all our business dealings. We are personally accountable for the highest standards of behaviour towards each other and to our stakeholders.

We take responsibility for Quality

We will deliver excellence and strive for continuous improvement in our service and product delivery both corporately and individually.

We will deliver Customer Satisfaction
We are dedicated to satisfying our customers and to listening to their concerns while striving to exceed their expectations.

We strive for Innovation
We are committed to continually refine every aspect of our organisation. We will not settle for the way things are currently done but rather we will engage in continuous improvement.

People ARE our most important asset, that is an undeniable fact, and we know that to make this statement a living truth for us, we must back it with a solid set of value statements.
